How to predict, photograph and see the Northern lights in the Dark Peak.   

With the Sun predicted to reach the peak of it’s approximate 11 year activity cycle between January and October 2024, known as the ‘solar maximum’ the Northern Lights / Aurora will easier to see and photograph and there won’t be need to travel long distances to see the spectacular aurora displays associated with Nordic countries.  

In this workshop Photographer Ellena Mole will take you through where and how you can spot this amazing sight and how anyone can start hunting the Aurora.  

This is aimed at beginners and amateurs
